Purpose and Authorization for Data Processing

The project aims to improve teaching methodologies and learning modalities. All collected data will be processed for scientific research purposes and on the basis of your explicit consent (Articles 6(a), 9(a), and 9(j) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Your consent is not mandatory; however, it is a necessary condition for the processing of your data, without which participation in the project will not be possible.

Data Communication and Disclosure

Your data will be communicated exclusively to the project partners, who are joint data controllers, as indicated in the relevant section (“Data Controller Contact Details”). Only aggregated and anonymized data will be made available to the scientific community after the conclusion of the project.

Data Retention Period

The collected data will be stored for the time necessary to carry out the project (4 years) and for an additional 3 years following its conclusion, in order to allow for the publication and presentation of the results in scientific journals and events. Therefore, the data will be retained for a total period of 7 years from the start date of data collection. After this period, the data will be fully anonymized and deleted.
