Course Subject: Digital Transformation

How is artificial intelligence transforming the way we work? And how can we ensure that AI augments human capabilities rather than replaces them?

This course follows theΒ AI at Work conference with Samuel Durand, French author and filmmaker specialising in the future of work.

During the conference, Samuel Durand shared insights from his documentary series AI at Work: Who Runs the Office?, which explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping jobs, skills, workplaces, and organisations.

Rather than focusing on the hype or fear surrounding AI, his work invites us to consider the practical challenges of this transformation: How are our jobs changing? How can humans and AI work together? What skills will become increasingly important? And how can organisations make this transition responsible and inclusive?

Through his Work in Progress documentary series, Samuel Durand brings together perspectives from companies, researchers, economists, policymakers, and other experts to explore the changing world of work.

The recording gives you the opportunity to revisit and explore the key ideas discussed during the conference.

The objective is not only to understand how AI is changing work today, but also to consider how we want to shape the future of work with AI.

Project management, from the standard to the horizon

A reading path in three levels. Foundations gives you the shared language of the profession. Practice shows you what happens when that language meets real budgets, contracts and people. Horizon asks what projects will be for, and what they will cost the planet, in the decades you will be managing them.

The whole course runs online and at your own pace. There are no live sessions. Every reading, case and podcast is a link you can open from anywhere, and each module ends with a short assessment: a quiz on the online course page for Modules 1 and 2, and written reflections for Module 3.
