The course provides the tools to plan, manage, and control digital transformation projects. Upon completion, students will be able to: understand the project lifecycle; use key project management tools; identify stakeholders, risks, and KPIs; understand the role of digital technologies (AI, IoT, ERP, Digital Twin, Data Analytics) in transformation programs; and discuss real-world business cases.
